Camping Shop for Family Tents: Camping Tent in Great Texas

My favorite family camping tent in Texas, is to maintain a great national forest. This, would not be recommended for those with light, as this is considered a primitive camping experience. The park is divided into different units and certain units in keeping not to allow camping. A list of available camping units can be obtained from the Big Thicket National Preserve Visitor Center, which is open daily except for national holidays.

Before camping, a Backcountry camping permit is required and can be obtained from the same center, which is located eight miles north of Kountze, Texas on FM 420. There are rules for camping in this reserve, which must be fully adhered to. It may be obtained, when applying for a Backcountry permit.

As I said before, this is a primitive camping and you can expect any of the usual amenities found in other camps. Shovel campers are one of the essentials for this family campaign. Open fires are permitted in open areas for camping, but the rules of fire, which were introduced in a previous article, must be strictly followed.

It should also be remembered that there is no waste or waste, it can be left in the camp and must be filled.

Next, let’s go to one of the other favorite camps. As you know from Louisiana, I love my seafood. So we will check the Gulf Coast at Galveston Island State Park. I love sea, sun, seafood and sand, so this is one of my favorites.
travel websites
I love this park because it has 36 locations facing the Gulf shore suitable for tents or recreational vehicles. Each location has amenities such as water, electricity, ground fire rings and a table. There are even toilets and showers available in designated areas. It’s a perfect family camping trip for beginners or families who just want a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of a family home. There are also only 10 camping sites on the bay side. They have water, table and ground rings, but no electricity.

Fishing is ideal in the area and can be enjoyed by the whole family (temporary fishing licenses can be purchased locally or online). I love this camp because I can go out and catch a mess of fish and bring it to the camp site and cook and feed the family.

There are two ways for me to get to Galveston State Park. My favorite is traveling on Interstate 82 after leaving home and following the Louisiana coast. I love this path, even with ferry phrases, because you see the wildlife and animals in southwest Louisiana. I stay on the same highway until Winnie, TX. From there I head south to Galveston. After passing Winnie, TX and traveling approximately 25 miles, you can follow the Texas Gulf Coast line to the Galveston Island Ferry.

The other way is to drive west on Interstate 10 to Interstate 45 and head to Galveston. Needless to say I prefer seeing nature than fighting with cars on a busy road.

That’s all I can cover in this article. I will write the following article about the camps in West Texas, South Texas and North Central Texas.
